Customer Advantage Programs (CAPs)

Our Customer Advantage Programs, or CAPs as we call them, are available exclusively from HD Supply Waterworks and HD Supply Fire Protection. Included among our many CAPs offerings are the most advanced material management capabilities in the industry. In addition, we can keep your back office running smoothly by cost coding your invoices, electronically providing signed delivery tickets and offering many other tools to help you more efficiently manage many of your important business processes.

We offer a customer part number interchange where your product codes are matched to our own product numbers. This allows all paperwork to flow with your part numbers included on them for ease in ordering, receiving and matching to our invoice. All order entry, item tracking, and other services can be processed using your part number as well. Material procurement can be via conventional means, web based ordering or via EDI. Not only that, but we can interface with a variety of popular accounting packages and our Database Depot can even provide a customized product database for your use.

Project estimating and management tools are available through PowerScope^TM, our proprietary estimating software that utilizes your own product codes and specifications. Once projects are underway, they can be procured electronically to further reduce your cost of doing business. In addition, each project can be tracked via the web through a variety of helpful reports that you can easily download and/or real time via inquiry. Virtually all of your transactions with us are available for your review via our Material Management Online web portal. In addition, we offer an electronic submittal system that streamlines the storage and retrieval of material documentation.
